Is this a training platform?

No. Prestance is a retail performance platform. Training programs teach skills once. Prestance keeps sales behaviours sharp between programs, points your store at one commercial number, and shows you the impact in sales. If you already run training and have retail coaches, keep them. Prestance sits next to them and tells your floor managers what to reinforce with each advisor this week.

How do you measure impact?

On the sales number you picked. In a pilot, we write down where you are today, some of your stores run Prestance for a few months, and we compare. Underneath the sales number, we also track how ready each advisor is to sell, so you can see the change coming before it shows up at the register. First pilot results land in autumn 2026.
